Returns & Exchanges

We hope you enjoy your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your goods for 14 days without any questions in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Return Process:

Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging and labeled.

Provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Submit a return request to us within 14 days.

Refund:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item and will be credited back to the account you used to make the payment.

Expenses:

In the case of a product quality issue or delivery error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Special Notes:

If the item is visibly damaged or used in the past, we reserve the right to refuse the return application.
